that would explain it - I must have missed that- my friend who got me into this kept saying for a long time in 2010? and 2011 and 2012 they were waiting for fda approval-and I never heard any resolution so I wondered
good deal if they got an exemption because fda approval often reportedly costs 1 billion dollars e.g. for a new drug
