If there really is a plan to process raggertail, then it doesn't make sense that they are continuing to landfill that waste.

An understandable assumption. But we're obviously not quite ready to begin operations there. It is beginning to look like we will soon enough (for me) with all the new processor parts beginning to arrive.

Until we can start processing it I imagine they will have to continue to landfill it.
