The people that got as "letter" were very large shareholders and got a letter for Tax withholding from the divie...you could have a company take tax out or you could get the whole divie and take care of it yourself the end of the quarter or year depending on your situation...I was NOT one to get a letter ) : but I DID get a divie! ( ;
