only sell their JBII shares

those who actually have shares @ RBC
would be the ones impacted

btw RBC absolutely took shares out of a an acct
b4 a SHM (another OTC co.) it was documented
in RT (contemporaneously)

and my own take is like Barclay's >> UBS >> Credit Suisse

they all collude

not asking for agreement re: collusion

have an rather strong suspicion when one strips away a handful of retail

remainder are colluding entities and crews' orchestrating on SMBs
