that was a laddered *partial* cover done over 12 months
*signal* was the last BoD candidate seated

that laddered partial cover (btw co. did a R/S of 1:12 b4 uplist)
took FRPT from approx 50c to mid 20.00 range over 12 months
(Jan 2006 - Jan 2007)

reason why VITRIOL ratcheting .. is because i know the play book
