because most (not all) are the CON side of the entity that orchestrates
stox via the vehicle of choice re: OTC stock manipulation
no one posts on a SMB without financial incentive
their problem is 3 fold
they didn't do 20 mins of DD back in 2010 specific to original certs
and *accessibility*
tho' RBC is worth *discovery* efforts
P2O survives >> albeit clearly on a fiscal shoe string
and the crews' patterns have been fully documented since 2010
when it comes to both sides' efforts
hence a few who've studied said patterns >> can articulate in advance
