Are you saying that someone wanted to make sure there was demand in the market you know put out a $7.14 feeler?? HAHAHA I actually couldn't even type that without not laughing out loud!
I mean your saying monthly fee because any broker charges at least something per trade hahaha. So either they have free monthly trades or paid to give away shares. haha and they both had to hve monthly deals. Because the buyer ended up paying a fortune per share ha

I am a little more concerned with that 535 trade. There had not been a trade for so long and then it was sold at .0729, when the previous trade was .0705.
Thats a huge jump considering the 535 share weight.
