The SIRG longs know that Rod does not release fluff PRs, in fact he did not release news several times until long after the event occurred.

We know we are currently stuck waiting for the government agencies to issue their approvals and it will happen. Every mining company in the world goes through this process and there are no short cuts.  But we know the copper is not going anywhere and that the permits will be issued. Just takes patience. Whining about it does not accomplish anything and making false statements about the COE is counter-productive.
