Just my opinion of course.....I understand where some of you guys are on this with lack of understanding the drop in the pps each time there was news....I think I can offer a couple of reasons for that, not that I think you'll hear me, but I can offer them.
Number one: The SEC and their dumb assed ways of destroying shareholders opposed to the culprits who scam.
Number two: The License is being held up by who? Yup, government....again.
Three: The two reasons above have a lot of people waiting on the sidelines for SOMETHING to happen, BEFORE, jumping in. I can't and do not blame them having been an owner of Phot.
Truth, the reason this stock has not gone down even farther is because none of us that got in under a dime want to sell. Period.
The only selling going on is between MM's who want to shake out weak hands and see what the real market value is.
The pps will NOT stay down and we all know it, so, let it go. I understand misery loves company , but, at least TRY to add something new. Hope this did not offend much. GLTA
