Do some people not understand what happens when Ultraflix and
Google announce the full details of the release and agreement?!
The stock market is a reflection of available data, and is incorporated into the share price aka the Market Cap!
If you get the information your requesting, unless you get "insider information before everyone else"
You have to pay the value of the shares. They will not be anywhere Remotely close to .05!
There seems to be some people that want to buy shares of a confirmed 100 million dollar company, at a price of a 20 million dollar company!
