Madison County should absolutely sue Mr. Bordynuik. Mr. Bordynuik represented to them that he could convert the plastic to diesel and Madison County in good faith put up money and resources to collect the plastic because they wanted to be greener. In the end it turned out to be just another story pitched to investors to trick them into believing that JBI was the real deal.
