You are Correct, Unfortunately Pinks are Manipulated all the time
It is very easy for them to Manipulate by lowering the price and then buying shares at a lower price.
They then can sell them at way below market to drop the price. For example today. If they want to control the stock from going to high, they can sell their shares from this morning and the last 2 days!
Selling shares that they bought at .0375 is going to net them a huge profit, even if they sell them at .045, which is way below the trading amount.
The real way they do it is by gapping and restricting volume. NO one wanted to sell their shares recently, because they knew that the price was so far below the real value!
So with no volume they were selling like 100,000 or 200,000 shares and dropping the price 10%.
Once audited financials and/or an uplist, that will stop!
You cannot sell stocks at a 10%, 20% discount or whatever, big investors and funds will just buy them up, it is essentilly free money, when they are audited or uplisted!
