I think Rauber and Heddle went into this thing a little naive. As for me I have speculated and invested across the board in this sector including some private companies. I have learned alot. One thing I have learned is the sector is very early and littered with scam artists. That other poster said something about feeling sorry for me losing money let him know he can sleep well. I have used this approach in the past with sectors and like this one I assume in time I will find the winner.
So back to Rauber and Heddle, I think it hit both of them somewhere in their tenure, Oh *&$#&^# these machines do not work nearly as well as Bordynuik claimed. Rauber ultimately bailed based on those revelations imo. I think Heddle is smack dab in the Oh *$&^# moment. I think he has handled it poorly. I am sure it is very relevant to him but his lack of experience running a public company is hurting him. As I said he should have 8Ked the OSC investigation as well as the shutdown of operations. And it appears to me he has nobody around him with experience running a public company. It is a recipe for disaster and they may ultimately get themselves in hot water over not filing those events.
So yes in a nutshell that is my third option.
