I asked that question very directly during the last shareholder's meeting. The answer was about 30 to 45 days prior to the actual issuance of the certificate.
More to the point, ticket sales AND advertising should all correspond with the same milestone event......the entrance of Baltia into PHASE III ......which occurs pretty much about 30 to 45 days before Baltia will get its certificate.
Enjoy all the goodies along the way.....like training, and the plane getting wheeled around with its engines on, and etc.........but when you get the Press Release that the FAA has granted Baltia the right to enter Phase III, well that is the time to expect all hell to break loose (Like end of July/early August?).
