When are they allowed to start selling tickets? 30 days prior, 60, 90 days prior to certification?
Baltia needs to make sure they roll out each huge announcment/pr at different times and perhaps a week or 2 apart to keep momentum running up till certification when the stock leaves earths moon heading to Saturns!
