You will notice all the latest filings for insider buying. Take a look at any of the forms from any of the companies. They all have a "P" in that box. Type in BLTA in the search and see what you get. Last one was 8/4/13. Look at the form. There is a "P" there. This recent one doesn't have that.
Look, these are the facts. I'm not saying anyone is wrong. But, if we want the stories to match the filings, they need to file a new form.
