Good points. When I said the 10Q was going to be terrible I also knew the 10K was going to be bad because we knew from other sources that the company only produced 48,000 gallons of fuel. So to me that was not the bad part. The bad part was the machine breaking and even Heddle who I really like is not willing to put in the money to fix it. So I am just hoping for no other surprises like that in the 10Q.
So the question for me is can the company sell a machine without one truly operating? My hopeful scenario is some company says we will pay you enough to fix it plus x amount (x being hundreds of thousands, not millions) and if this machine performs on our site as you say we will make payments based on the level of performance. That kind of thing was common in the industry I retired from when you introduced a new product. Then the buyer could also become a reference for JBI.
