Heres a suggestion...
Why dont you guys do what you keep threating and take this to court....make sure everyone you think you need there is accussed...and have everyone be made to open up their entire GESI history...let the judge decide whats right and whats wrong.....and then let the real games begin after all the real info is out on the table...
Personally...I hope that happens...then everyone will know the full and unadulterated story of this whole entire thing....everyone!!!

Just back off from your agendas long enought to at the least give the new CEO a chance to make GESI profitable...and EVERYONE with shares can maybe make a dolla after 2 1/2 years...
