Shawhub, take a look in your PPM paperwork again. I would tell you to look at page #31 in the PPM packet, but I am not certain which version of the PPM that you may have received via Bruce Pollock, as I have seen more than one version out there. Here is a pertinent highlight:
"The principal and all accrued but unpaid interest on this Note shall become due and payable immediately if any voluntary or involuntary, bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, receivership, assignment for the benefit of creditors or similar proceeding is commenced. At the option of the HOLDER, the principal and all accrued but unpaid interest on this Note may be declared to be due and payable immediately if the issuer engages in any liquidation, winding - up, or dissolution, or if the Issuer fails to pay any and all interest and other amounts (Including shares upon conversation agreement) owing under this Note on the date that such payment is due. A merger, reorganization, sale of all or substantially all of the assets of the Issuer or other transaction in which majority control of Issuer is transferred to non-affiliates will be treated as if a liquidation."
So, does yesterdays news constitute as a merger? Reorganization? I should think then that all accrued and unpaid interest on this Note is now due and payable immediately.

Heres the real TRUTH.....weren't you already offered a full and complete PPM refund...past tense..which was before immediately?....and you refused it? Little do all the folks know about the last 9 months of behind the scenes activity from you posters....but Im betting if everyone knew what you folks had been..and are currently doing and trying....you wouldn't be as loud postings as you are...LMAO...I can bet ya'll money...SOMEONE is gonna tell it right there on that venue!!!
