You need to factor in the 25% take-away by the private investors.
It's also actually 453.59 grams/pound.
Building #1 at 27,000 is the total square footage. Remove 4,000 s.f. for the vault, and I believe 6,000 s.f. for the mmj processing area. That leaves a net "grow area" of ~ 17,000 s.f. I'd also remove 2k s.f. for aisles, etc....
So, figure Bldg. #1 has about 15,000 square feet of grow area. I have no idea how Building #2 will be structured, but if it's solely devoted to "growth" (meaning Bldg #2 produce will be processed and stored in Building #1, then 85% of #2 should be usable solely as growth space).
If so, Building #2 should have about 49,000 s.f. of grow area. Again, this is a wild-ass guess (WAG) on my part.
So, as currently built, Site #1, might have 64,000 square feet between the two building for growing the "weed".
Bill and team have also mention in the past they can produce MJ on a 35 day cycle.
