Checking my numbers.
I have been long FITX for a while. This is my first post.
Would like someone to check my numbers to see if I am on target.
Estimated 1st year earnings between 20-100 mil. I will use 50mil to be conservative.
50mil divided by Outstanding shares 3.4B gives a pps of .0147
Using a P/E of 20 times earnings that will take us to 20 x .0147 = .29c a share
Realistically I have seen hype project other MMJ stocks well beyond their estimated P/E numbers. I do believe FITX can and will eventually break the $1 mark based on numbers alone. However the profit margin will have to hit the 180mil mark in order to do so.
Now I am hopeful that the stock will see a significant boost after we get the license based on projected PPS. At 1.3 mil pounds x 452.3 grams each at $5 a gram. The profit numbers exceed 4 Billion. However at this stage of the game, if FITX has 27,000 sq ft of growing space and you put 1 plant per sq ft. You should be able to harvest 2lb per plant 4x a year. That is 108,000lb of medicine a year. There are approx 452 grams per pound.
108,000lbs x 452 = 48,816,000 grams
48,816,000 x $5 = $244,080,000
80% profit of $244,080,000 = $195,264,000 now
$195,264,000 divided by 3,400,000,000 = pps .0574
PPS .0574 multiplied by 20 (P/E 20) = 1.148 pps
I know it has been discussed before, but to up list to AMX or NASDAQ don't we need to be around $4. If this is true, wondering what folks think will happen? Buy Back, 1 share for every 4 owned Reverse Split?, or just time until (Profit / OS)*20 = $4.
I am a strong supporter of FITX . I give credit to the Bill and the Board for taking the appropriate steps to get this off the ground right. I am hopeful that he will keep to his word and will not do a reverse split. I saw on a post earlier that there are potentially 1 billion shares that could be pulled once the license is announced. Does anyone have any info on those shares and is that a true statement? Just trying to verify what I read. That would significantly change the O/S and reduce the need for a reverse split. I do realize that the 3.4 billion Outstanding shares will have to be reduced to move the PPS significantly, however there are so many scenarios that could happen I am wondering what this board's opinions are?
