I never answered that particular question because I find it to be a rude question and it wasn't the topic of discussion. My southern/country raising doesn't have much interest in such personal questions.

The SEC targets anyone engaged in illegal activity. They do not focus on one or two areas of topic. I'm subscribed to a number of their various email lists and receive SEC cases on a daily basis. They go after everyone. They have more resources than obviously you're aware of. They went after well over a few hundred pink sheet companies last year. You can visit the SEC Suspension website to get a partial listing of some of them. Most are pink sheets:

Often times our markets regulate such companies before the SEC gets to them. That's one thing that is very efficient about our markets.
