You never answered my question regarding whether you own any shares in NNLX and your answer is not an answer; the SEC goes mainly after insider trading issues or big corruption issues regarding major companies to set an example; the SEC does NOT HAVE THE RESOURCES to bother with pink sheet companies which are the major target of bashing and stock manipulation; however, just read an article where this may change in the future. My theory is that you have migrated from bashing on yahoo to this board; hence my question is highly relevant because this board is reserved for investors, not those who own nothing in a stock.
