they did the same to me. they want to hit retail up for trading fees with partial fills. they also can move the order off of L2 so it looks like the demand isn't there. usually they follow it up with board rhetoric about how the sky is falling (u know where).

besides, no one really interested in selling puts 1.6M on the bid like that when the pps is showing signs of support and a reversal. unless you are trying to put more selling pressure to accumulate, or to cover lower (if you can).
