I picked up 31,300 today at .0476
The odd thing is....L2 showed a complete fill and my order showed partial fill at 6,000 shares. It remained a partial fill for at least 30 minutes. Then my order showed complete later.
There are some games going on behind the curtain. I'm looking to slowly double my position here in this range.....
