Understood. Don't you find it a bit alarming that a Company who tells its investors it is in business doesn't keep up on its Financials for 10 months though?  I mean, does anyone know if GDSM has filed its Tax Returns?

And I read somewhere that is takes about 6-12 months to uplist, and the SEC is very tough on Pinks trying to do so?
