It hasn't taken 10 months to find an auditing firm.  It has taken 10 months to realize that before they can move forward and be taken seriously, they will need to be fully reporting.  That is now the focus.  Once they achieve this, more door will be open to them.

30 days for audits is a bit short.  I'm assuming somewhere between 3 and 6 months before the uplist goes into effect.
