it's never easy .. nor does it address the obvious >> time and money
the cost of legal counsel and the drain on a start ups' coffers
to say nothing of energies directed at slime .. when those who've
ever been associated with a start up .. recognize that the most
valuable commodity is time
18 to 20 hour days are the norm
