All Terra Tech has to do to nullify the statements they allege to be libelous is to write a SeekingAlpha article of their own, or put out a PR, pointing out which statements are false, and provide the truth with proof. Exactly. I try to be accurate when I post and after Mr. Bordynuik had his lawyer send me a cease and desist letter, I offered to do what I could to correct any information I said on the message boards which they could show me was incorrect. I received absolutely no response. I'm very sure that Mr. Bordynuik didn't feel anything I said was incorrect, he just wanted me to stop posting.
