there is an interesting reality when it comes to SMBs
a segment of aliases who have never found *ONE* positive (or even neutral)
comment to be made

the cycle of money >> was so well organized >> it was almost *seamless*
something no newly minted pubco on the OTC (most of whom come
public via a R/M into a shell >> rarely *clean*) .. IS

the sec .. in their bought and paid for *wisdom* .. allowed this crap to go unchecked

until the obvious kicked them in the face *again*

if the sec was worth a damn thing besides aiding and abetting the 1%s

they would have every co.s stock electronically tagged .. so that hard locates
re: shares .. to be *shorted* .. were actually *returned* b4 being re accessed

and there would be no exemption for MMs because there would be no need

btw .. since this is 2014 and not 1954 .. there isn't even a need for MMs

but that is another topic
