You made a general statement to everyone with your assumptions that the company wouldn't spend money to file the 10K unless they were serious about moving ahead. I argued that you were making a bad assumption about motivations...in general to everyone and not related to your personal investment.
I'm strangely not bothered by you losing your money as a victim, other than the money you paid gives Mr. Bordynuik and other swindlers an incentive to launch more scams to further disrupt our capital markets.
From here forward if your logic somehow leads you to to the incorrect conclusion that your investment in JBI bothers me, please look for alternative conclusions.

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
