why in the world would i do that

i don't care if those opposed to all things JBI buy JBII

there was nothing in this 10K that came as a surprise

they are operating on a shoe string and have been since RH was installed as CEO

the decisions made were made by a man i respect and admire RH
but who clearly is a place holder until a more street savvy ceo is installed

they hired the CFO (whose 50k of stock compensation is worth what these days >> 5k?)
based on PPS orchestration that as i've noted >>has been in
play since JBII first traded in 2009

they didn't go dark >> rather they spent the 285k on the audit re: 2013's Q

had they wanted to .. they could have gone dark .. kept the prior CFO
and *repaired* what was needed

they also imo could have easily (if wanted to) raised the funds to *repair*

the fact that they didn't .. tells me (not asking you for your agreement)
they already have a buyer lined up

suspect that material event is filed when housekeeping items are put to bed

(that would be 2014)

btw boiler plate is boiler plate when it comes to filings
