So rather than fighting people with an opposing viewpoint, recognize that JBI is the topic of conversation...and find an argument which refutes what they say.
I would like to remind everyone else again that the 10-K gave notice the the company has to pay for plastic. In the past investors were told to rely on plastic being free or JBI getting paid to take it. Whether you believe it's fraud or just gross negligence which cost investors about $500 million in market capitalization, the clock on the statute of limitations is now ticking.
No update on the cost and sales price has been given by JBI. That material information is kept hidden from you as a shareholder.
If you still believe in JBI, send an e-mail and ask about the results of the process. What you want to know are the variable costs for producing a barrel of 'fuel' and the realized market price for that fuel. E-mail is a much better method since you will have a record of any reply.
