i have a few basic caveats besides *they all collude*
i have a few basic caveats besides *they all collude* (Banksters/Brokesters)
and they never cover one second b4 being forced to do so
and that is
NO ONE >> posts on a SMB without having a financial incentive
retail investors clearly have financial incentives
traders have financial incentives
shorts have financial incentives
those who manipulate (orchestrate) poorly watched OTC stox have
financial incentives
those who wish to acquire disruptive techs in newly emerging sectors
for pennies on the $ >> have financial incentives
one of the reasons i advocated for a trial >> was the discovery that would precede said trial
clearly even the most *unaware* can see a chart and notice the *decline*
of the stock from mid 2012 >> with one exception (Jan 2013)
this has to be separated out from *original* entity that *orchestrated*
JBII/TRTN from the second TRTN was first publicly traded in 2009
this has to be separated out from a known *short* who entered JBII
in 2011
this has to be separated out from the *crew* (both sides well represented)
that works OTC stox (UP/DOWN) via the vehicle of choice re: OTC
stock manipulation
which lastly has to be separated out from those who have CONnections
that aid and abet on an as needed basis (and yep that includes ties
to the dolts)
very little is as it seems imo but it's all interwoven to some degree
but what matters is what mgmt does re: ability to execute (transition
from OTC)
and that is the current *risk* in place
zero doubts PROs utilze the Q to *orchestrate* JBII >> DOWN upon filing
unless of course there is a material event (subsequent event) duly noted
that will force them to take JBII higher
and will clearly show *reg sho* %s marked above 50%
this is why this data had to be monkey'd with .. by those who manipulate to show that *pattern* of almost zero *reg sho*
as noted by restalker on lie hub these last few months
notice that *absence* >> recently
it's clearly also why i came to the PROs' attn back in 2009 or so
it's not so easy to dismiss someone who spent most of Feb 2010
on the phone interacting with both the dolts and Finra
it's also not so easy to slime someone who has never taken stock
to PROMOTE .. something the *crew* working the vehicle of choice
re: OTC stock manipulation (CON side) has to always insinuate
and since >> er >> another has just been *nailed* .. and the noose continues
to tighten >> it's not my shoulder being looked over
it may take another few rounds re: nailing for the obvious to become *known* to *most*
but it will become *known* in due course >> zero doubts
let's see if reg sho %s continue upwards this coming week
if so >> without a doubt .. the ironies re: RBC are indeed both amusing
and revealing
and yep .. i do get that most retail won't understand the above post
but trust me >> those who manipulate/orchestrate and LIE with impunity
most definitely do
