Yes and he should be held accountable. I've screamed this several times. Make those behind these wrong doings (criminal or civil) to be accountable for their actions and affiliations. Benz should be punished by the bar association both here and abroad. He willingly participated in this and actually help orchestrate this well planned fiasco. Well we will see how educated Benz really is being a defendant. Wonder if he would represent himself or the company?
