Yes, there's an awful lot of money behind PH@T, and management is very feisty. Kudos to them. Did they defraud? I don't see that case being made.
The statistics, however, are grim in terms of suspended tickers. It's the infintesimal exception that succeeds. To recall, only two firms have escaped the Greys since 2009.
