I did not intend to ruffle your feathers. In checking out Louis's acquisition of this recent Baltia stock with the SEC documents I was just asking if I was reading the information correctly. I'm sure that Louis is a very successful and intelligent man and that you have a good relationship with him. Please do me the simple favor by checking the SEC document I refered to in my last post and help me to better understand how to read it. I too am happy to see anyone make such a wonderfully large purchase proving our faith in Baltia's success.
I also saw that he has 600 million shares of awards, 300 million shares of that, if I'm reading the SEC documrnt correctly, was on 6/2/14. Please help me to understand.
