Old....it was a PURCHASE, not an award. I know that as an undisputable FACT.
Luis's money went into Baltia's hands, not into the hands of a shareholder. He realized there was no way he could get that many more shares of BLTA on the open market without the cost artificially skyrocketing.
His goal was to gain more shares, not force the pps artifically up at this time.
Luis is a very level headed businessman. His construction company has contracts with the US Airforce building runways (tarmac) for Military planes. I believe he has upwards of 600 million shares. He is a self-made VERY successful man who can obviously afford to buy BLTA.
I know these things because I have personally met and spoken with him and shaken his hand.
Anyone else want to offer better DD than that?
Do you think this man knows what he is doing?
Perhaps the whiners should go back and review some of my posts.
