Yes...although I can see maybe my explanation was too complex.
I'm trying to argue that it doesn't matter where the plastic is processed. If the plastic waste has a market value (or negative market value because it needs to be disposed) and if the resulting fuel has a market value (or negative value because it needs to be disposed) then with buying and selling at market prices, the accounting shows it doesn't make a difference who owns the processor. If JBI can't squeeze out a profit then a potential customer won't be able to either.
