The processor has run for 30 days straight. HTF is not that expensive. So a company that can supply the plastic feedstock themselves, and possible some HTF as well, via their business operations should not find it hard to justify the cost of a processor and accompanying facilities.

This becomes particularly true if they can use the fuel generated in their business.
