You have a vivid imagination. No one is trying to bankrupt JBI. They are quite adept at doing that to themselves. Professionals don't build things when they do not know that it will be profitable. They also don't build things without proper attention to safety, PPE, etc, and they don't take 5 years to build something which should be done in 6 months to 1 year, and blow 30- 40 Million in SG&A in the process.
You are blaming the wrong people. You are in control of your own investing, no one else.
It is possible to find stocks that are good value, provide a guaranteed return in the form of dividends, and have good earnings growth. It is a no-lose proposition. These stocks do not trade on the OTC. Not a one. And very rarely on the NASDAQ and other lesser exchanges.
So whether or not the OTC is crooked, it really does not matter. It is your choice of investment that matters.
The fact that these companies do not have the above characteristics is purely a matter of bad management. They are simply not good enough for the higher exchanges. Until that changes, they won't get there.
