You asked if I was looking at what had happened over the past 5 years would I consider investing today. The answer is absolutely.
Criminals have used up lots of favors in an effort to bankrupt this company. They have failed miserably. The company still has a modest share structure and has gone from conceptual to being ready to mass produce. The shareprice imho is very very attractive and it comes with a huge short position being held by those who tried to bankrupt the company. Finally the company is in a position to turn the tables on the criminals. In fact I would love to be just starting a position as the dollars invested at today's price will buy a lot more shares. Go JBII!!!
Those other companies have also been attacked by the criminals and I expect they too will be turning the tables, wish I knew for certain which one would do it first though.
