(1)  There were some public posts urging people to call daily and report what was total bullcrap.

(2)  The DEC themselves volunteered that there was a ton of false reports of bullcrap.

(3)  Mooney has a history of doing things like that behind the scene.  See the case he lost several years ago.

(4)  Others have reported being contacted by him to do mischief.

(5)  Hello?  How did the 3 or 4 of them know to hire the same lawyer in the first place unless they were organizing themselves behind the scenes the whole time?!?!?!?
