Correct. What happened is the court saw a clear conspiracy to attempt to harm a competitor of one of the defendants. The court stopped it.
The company didn't want any money from the defendants, they just wanted their illegal conspiracy to stop.
They do appear to be directing a continuing campaign from behind the scenes though, and will probably have to answer to that along with their co-conspirators.
I wouldn't want to face the same judge a second time. They do have jails in Canada.
