I think the amendments are good, it'll put all questions of proper zoning, # of employees, ect.. to rest. Zoning amendments do not take that long and looking at the construction photos we clearly have a ways to go yet. One might say, if the city elects to amend the zoning laws, the city (town, whatever) is giving FITX a stamp of approval, loud and clear.
