As much as I liked the things Sterling did....he obviously was not paying full attention, or , had too much trust that things we're going well with the financial end of things and let it go too long.
Marko on the other hand I think is much better suited for the position but, he has ALOT on his plate, and, IMO , should hire on someone to catch in on specific areas of business. His job should be to MANAGE what people are doing and make sure they do it correctly and hopefully that is what we will see moving forward.
I just hope the best for all of us, but, only time will tell. By looking at the pps...., it does appear that many agree this is a good move.
