Better question would be, wouldn't this alleged acquisition catapult us
into up-listing sooner? And also I don't believe "The Bill" would allow
any new company to compromise the integrity of current share holders
through decrease shares, splitting shares or adding shares.
"The Bill" has stated numerous times that our company has been structured
in a way that would eliminate any possible buyouts as well as his continued
commitment on protecting the best interest of the shareholders.

Anyway that's the way I understand it.
