cj 13, someone correct me if I'm wrong but my research shows that a buy out has to be approved by share holders. Having said that...Bill has also mentioned that he has increased the total shares to prevent any early buy out offers or (hostile take overs). Personally, I'm comfortable with
bill's business plan, & I have 3.2m share reasons to....well be more or less OK.
