It is JUST HARD to discount totally the validation of those NY DEC permits repeatedly renewed and limits on throughput raised! Whether JBI or a processor purchaser uses P2O#3 LOOK-A-LIKES to make spec fuels, SOMEONE is soon going to be using JBI processors to convert plastic to fuel!
