I don’t think he was making a comparison, I think he was straight up telling the SEC that they are long overdue in taking actions against those he has submitted a Whistleblower Claims against over the past 9 years for fraud and losses to investors over the decades for hundreds of billions of dollars and they continues even today, yet the SEC refuses to take action.
So, how can this be? Hmmm, why are most crimes committed by the influential concluded with a slap on the wrist, if it isnt swept under the carpet or ignored completely? Simple, C.R.E.A.M! Cash Rules Everything Around Me

the Commission is long overdue in taking action and suspending the trading activity for ten days for The Bank of New York Mellon, JPMorgan, Citibank and Deutsche Bank as perpetrators of the above Fraud as described in my Whistleblower Claims for the past NINE years and without any action taken by the Commission. The combined Fraud by these banks is insurmountable and losses to global investors are decades long and in the many hundreds of billions of dollars which still continues today.
